Return of goods

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@woods-fuel.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Shipping and Refunds

Packages are generally delivered within 1 to 4 working days after receipt of payment and are sent by our delivery service.

However, if the execution does not take place no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, the customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Upon receipt of this letter, the contract is considered terminated. The amounts paid by the customer are then refunded without interest or compensation no later than 14 days after the end of the contract.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have not received the correct item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Refunds


We will notify you once your return has been received and verified and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
