Here you will find a brief guide on how to place an order online.
-Search for the desired product: enter the product name, brand or category of the item you are looking for in the search box at the top of the page. Once the product is found, select “Add to Cart”.
When you are ready, select “My Cart” (top right of the page, with the small shopping cart) to proceed to checkout or view your cart.
-Follow the checkout steps to enter your details, choose your delivery options and proceed to checkout.
-Enter your payment details. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Amex, bank transfers and other methods.
-Review your details and click “Pay Now”.
The transaction is complete! Your order is complete and we will send you a confirmation email with all the information regarding delivery and collection.
We work quickly to ensure our orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packed, we should be able to cancel it. Please note that some orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been accepted. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us.
Items in stock on our site are, to the best of our knowledge, immediately available and ready to ship. In the rare event that our database does not match actual stock or we are unable to physically locate an item, we will issue you an immediate refund and keep you informed of the situation.
We promise to ship all orders within a short time if payment is received immediately in our account before the deadline. Please note that bank transfers may delay delivery. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
